It's one of those days for Tsukasa. A certain dangerous kind of day where everything feels normal, and despite his constant bravado (because what kind of star would dare to get worked up over a completely average day?), he can't shake the feeling that something is just a little off.
It's been following him around, nagging at him as he tries to pay attention in class. He thinks maybe it's a bug or something, but he triple-checks around his desk and there's nothing. He does get called on in the middle of his investigation, making him yelp in surprise and hit his head on the bottom of his desk.
A chorus of laughter erupts from his classmates, and he wonders if that's what the little feeling was all about. At least his audience got a good show of it?
But no, it's still nagging at him, after he leaves school and heads towards the Wonder Stage. He can't seem to place why, when he's the first one here as usual. Tsukasa decides to be extra diligent as he checks over the stage. Lighting seems fine, the trap door and curtains can be moved and adjusted smoothly. All the costumes and props are accounted for-
Plus one extra. Because whatever is crumpled in a heap stage right, draped over a bright pink Phenny plush Emu insisted on bringing around with her, it can't be a living being. It's huge, for one thing, and its skin is two equally inhuman shades. Though Rui has designed horns for a few costumes, the one's on this creature's head look too real, and... is that a tail?
Tsukasa gapes at the being in obvious alarm... for a few seconds, before he does what he does best and jumps straight to denial.
"Ugh, Rui! Can you at least tell me before you drag one of your new drones over here? This one's in the way of the set pieces for the Torpe performance! And of course, I have to be the one to clean up your mess."
He scowls as he bends down over the figure, attempting to lift under their armpits. "This is... ridiculous! A future star like myself isn't cut out for this kind of physical labour! I need to save my energy for choreo! When Rui gets here, I swear he's getting an earful!"
